All services are subject to availability and bespoke arrangements.

3. Booking and Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, as specified in your individual itinerary. All payments are processed securely. Final payment deadlines will be communicated clearly for each booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific tour, activity, and accommodation booked. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking. Generally, deposits are non-refundable. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms laid out in your booking confirmation.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Roam & Ripple Adventures is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances without adequate insurance cover.

6. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to undertake the chosen activities. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking. Roam & Ripple Adventures prioritises safety but cannot be held liable for injuries or incidents arising from participant negligence or inherent risks of adventure travel.

7. Changes to Itinerary

While every effort is made to adhere to published itineraries, Roam & Ripple Adventures reserves the right to make necessary changes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, or operational requirements. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as practically possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Roam & Ripple Adventures acts as an agent for third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Roam & Ripple Adventures or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
